Digestive System

Give me good digestion, Lord, And also something to digest; but where and how that something comes I leave to Thee, who knoweth best. Mary Webb

The Digestive System breaks down the food we eat to provide nutrition to all of our cells.  Digestion and Respiration are related, because the nutrition we bring into our bodies is transformed into energy through respiration (breaking down carbohydrates into smaller units and releasing energy in the process).
